The Elder Law Practice of Daniel D. Munster
Welcome to our website. We hope that you find the information included here to be informative and useful. Our firm is dedicated to offering prompt, courteous, and reliable assistance to those in need of eldercare and special needs planning advice. Whereas other law firms are designed to achieve high volume, carrying numerous staff to oversee the day to day management of cases, our firm consists of one attorney and one legal assistant. We favor quality over quantity, treating each case with great care as though the client were a family member. If this model sounds appealing, then you are invited to call with any initial questions you have about whether our firm might offer a good fit for your family. We gladly invest time with prospective clients without fee in order to identify whether current representation is needed or if perhaps a few pointers would suffice. To the extent that representation is necessary, we work with families across the state of Georgia without regard to their geographic location.
Since its founding in 1999 , our firm has been dedicated to representing clients in matters involving complex nursing home Medicaid planning, eldercare planning, long-term care planning, Veterans Aid Attendance planning, and special needs estate planning. We help our clients understand and navigate the ever-changing state and federal regulations governing eligibility for the Medicaid and VA programs which help with the immense cost of home healthcare, assisted living care, and nursing home care.
